The Batten ensuite bathroom combines fully restored fittings together with modern technology. When you need to relax, stretch out and wallow in our large cast iron tub and enjoy an aromatic and therapeutic bath in style. Or, if you prefer, enjoy a lovely hot shower , it's your choice. Our eco-friendly toiletries are complimentary, and a healthy choice for you and our planet, but make no compromises on quality for your comfort.

Dry off with our fluffy towels, and slip into a soft waffle cotton robe and slippers. Enjoy.

Elegant lounge provides relaxing environment for guests with an open fire, library, television/cinema system. In earlier times when Braemar was a family home, this room would have been used for entertaining and guests to the house may not have been permitted to venture upstairs or downstairs. These days life is not so formal and our guests join us for breakfast in the downstairs dining-room.

We thought you might like to see our companion animals. Our toy poodles are Tina, Eve and Paddlefoot and our cat is Missy. Our old black cat Buster is no longer with us, but still included in our photo display for those who met him and enjoyed his company.

The Jenny and Norman rooms share a bathroom down the hallway, with shower,bath and authentic restored fittings. Pamper yourself in the huge clawfoot bath, beautifully refitted with modern technology. Faithfully restored fittings feature the modern comfort of heat lamps and steam extraction.
