All of our rates are for a couple staying one night, inclusive of Tax and are quoted in NZ$.

The room rate includes a sumptuous breakfast, complimentary tea and coffee, email & internet facilities and bathroom toiletries. All bedrooms have posturepedic beds, goosedown duvets and comfy bathrobes.

You can enjoy a relaxing breakfast in bed or the comfort of our large dining-room. In summer, relax on either of the decks and enjoy your breakfast al fresco.

Our library boasts a considerable number of books on local interests and Auckland architecture, or you can relax and watch a DVD, video or Sky TV in our large guest lounge with a complimentary glass of port.

Terms and Conditions:

Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Braemar has a no-smoking indoors policy. Should this policy be breached a cleaning charge of $100 will be applied.

Reservations and Cancellations:

Once your reservation is confirmed, we require at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel. If cancelled inside 48 hours of arrival the cost of one night will be made to your credit card.
